1. Application

This high-performance PEEK positioning bracket is a core support component customized for smart home precision transmission mechanisms, smart door lock motor modules and automatic sensor mounting units. With an integrated L-shaped structure, it undertakes the functions of precise positioning, guidance and wear-resistant protection for micro motors and sensor modules. 2. Material & Performance

Core Material: PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone), a high-performance special engineering plastic, suitable for smart home precision transmission scenarios.

3. Processing Method

This part adopts CNC precision milling process, integrally cutting and forming from PEEK rods, avoiding shrinkage and warpage defects of injection molded parts.

  • Core processes: L-shaped contour precision milling, mounting hole/threaded hole tapping, guide groove forming processing
  • Auxiliary processes: high-gloss contour chamfering, deburring, surface polishing treatment, ensuring no sharp edges and stress concentration
  • Full CNC programming, one-time clamping forming, ensuring the consistency of each hole coaxiality and guide groove accuracy
4. Machining Accuracy & Usage Requirements

Machining Accuracy:

  • Dimensional tolerance: ±0.02mm, strictly matching the assembly clearance of motor shaft and sensor
  • Geometric tolerance: mounting hole coaxiality ≤0.03mm, guide groove parallelism ≤0.03mm
  • Surface roughness: Ra≤1.6μm, smooth inner wall of the guide groove, reducing transmission friction resistance

Usage Requirements:

  • Adapt to a conventional working environment of -20℃~80℃, can withstand long-term reciprocating transmission friction
  • No wear, noise or loosening during long-term use, ensuring the operation stability of smart home devices

5. Heat Treatment

No additional heat treatment required. The PEEK material has completed crystallization treatment through the injection molding process, and no additional heat treatment is needed after CNC machining to avoid deformation.

6. Post-treatment

Surface polishing treatment, retaining the original texture of PEEK material.

  • Process advantages: improve surface finish and wear resistance, reduce friction noise, optimize appearance texture at the same time, adapt to the appearance requirements of smart home products, and can be used directly without additional coating.
