1.Application

Cavity housing with flange lugs & integrated terminal posts, for industrial controller, power module, vehicle‑borne ECU. Houses PCB & power components, delivers mechanical protection, EMI shielding and passive heat dissipation.

2.Material & Performance

6061‑T6 Aluminum Alloy Tensile≥310MPa, Yield≥276MPa. Light‑weight, high thermal conductivity, inherent EMI shielding. RoHS & REACH compliant.

3.Processing

3‑axis +4‑axis CNC milling from solid aluminum block. Machine cavity, flange, terminal posts and ports. Edge radiusing & full deburring. Multi‑side fixturing ensures sealing‑face accuracy.

4.Accuracy & Requirement

Dimensional tolerance ±0.015mm, flange flatness ≤0.02mm, position tolerance ≤0.02mm, Ra≤1.6μm. Operating temp‑20℃~+85℃. Use gasket on flange, control screw torque. Do not bend terminal posts, avoid coating scratch.

5.Heat Treatment

T6 solution & artificial aging, relieves machining stress, prevents cavity warpage, improves structural strength.

6.Post‑treatment

Natural silver anodizing. Uniform anti‑corrosion & insulating oxide layer, metallic finish. Black anodizing optional.

7.Quality Control

ISO9001 quality system. Spectroscopic incoming test; in‑process distortion monitoring; final dimensional & visual inspection; thorough pre‑shipment cleaning. Industrial Packaging: PE film for single piece, EPE foam separation, anti‑static carton. Pallet packing for mass orders against impact & squeeze.
